Booking terms and conditions


Prices

All prices are in Euros, indicated per room, per night.

Access to the internet and city taxes are included in the room rate.

Breakfast is provided at an additional charge (currently 5 Euros per person). Breakfast can not be cancelled.

All prices are inclusive of Dutch sales tax (VAT).

On week-nights, we charge a surcharge of 3 Euros per person, for stays of 1 night.

On weekends, a minimum stay of 2 nights applies, and on some weekends, 3 or 4 nights (E.g. weeks with bank holidays) apply.

Arrival or departure on Saturdays is not possible.

Children up to 4 years old, sleeping in the parents bed, stay for free.

Children up to 4 years old, sleeping in their own bed pay Euros 12 once-off.

Only minors accompanied by a parent/guardian can be accommodated.

Booking

For every booking we require:
- the guest's postal address
- the guest's telephone number

A contractual booking is concluded only trough written confirmation of the German Seamen's Mission. Oral agreements are not valid!

A deposit is payable at the time of booking. This is usually the cost of an overnight stay (this amount can be higher for longer stays. We will indicate the amount per mail when we send the quote).

 

Check-in and Check-out

The rooms are available from 13:00 on the day of arrival.

On the day of departure, the rooms are at your disposal until 11:00. You are welcome to store your luggage with us on your day of departure.

 

Cancellation / No-shows

There is no refund of the deposit amount in case of cancellation.

The rooms can be canceled 120 hours before the date of arrival. Thereafter, 70% of the remaining fees are payable (the remaining fee is the total price minus any advance payments / deposits). Exception: Group contracts and promotional bookings.

The entire invoice amount is due in the case of non-arrival (no- shows).

 

Payment

You can pay cash or via bank transfer (receipt of payment in our bank account is required, one day before your arrival).

 

General

Smoking is (not) prohibited in all our rooms.

Any fire alarms set off are fined at 70 Euros per alarm.

Thorough cleaning of the rooms, if left very dirty, will be charged at Euro 50,00

Unfortunately, it is not possible to stay over with pets.

Each guest is obliged to fill out the Dutch police registration form on arrival.

Internet connection and data storage is done in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Through activation of the access code you consent to this.
